Who is eligible for pet benefits?

Any Companion Energy customer who registers their pet(s) in My Account is eligible.

When does Airvet become active?

Available within 48 hours of pet registration and active contract start date.

How many pets can I register?

You can register unlimited pets within the same household, of any breed, age, or species.

What if I need help with Airvet features?

Use Airvet support via the Airvet mobile app

Who do I contact in case of a power outage?
